Occupational health and safety management

A Group-wide HSE management system is committed to the health and safety of our Dedicated People. The primary goal is to prevent accidents and operationally related illnesses. For Eberspächer, the principle of "Safety first, Quality always" applies. Workplace-specific measures are supplemented by health courses, opportunities for social counseling and other site-specific offerings.

Dialogue with employees

Employee feedback is a solid management and evaluation tool for Eberspächer. Employees can use various channels to contact managers or communicate issues to the organization. These include dialog formats with the management, employee surveys and the EBInside intranet.

As a globally operating company, Eberspächer is committed to its social responsibility. As part of our sustainability strategy, we promote the social sector as well as activities in the areas of science, education, sports, art, and culture.
