Power To Go

Together with Zeliox, Eberspächer offers mobile energy solutions for a wide range of applications.

26 February 2026 – Two companies, one goal: The joint venture Eberspächer Zeliox combines expertise to become the world's leading expert in
all-in-one energy management systems. The portfolio ranges from compact to scalable variants for a variety of applications.

With the desire for greater autarky, the demands on mobile power supply are increasing. Whether service teams, fleet operators, or outdoor enthusiasts far away from well-developed infrastructure – solutions that combine performance and ease of use are in demand. The joint venture is responding to this demand with Zeliox: a system that delivers reliable energy regardless of location.

The portfolio follows a clear principle: the right solution for every task. With several versions and expansion options, Eberspächer Zeliox enables a continuous power supply for tools, devices, and accessories. All variants are compact in design and can be easily integrated into modern vehicle concepts thanks to quick installation. The system can be charged flexibly: while driving via a DC/DC charging booster, stationary via shore power, or self-sufficiently via solar panels with integrated MPPT charge controller.

ZELIOX ECO SLIM: COMPACT SUPPORT

With 1,000 watts of power, the Eberspächer Zeliox Eco Slim provides energy for low-power applications such as laptops, chargers, and small tools. Depending on the application, the integrated battery enables up to 50 hours of off-grid operation.

ZELIOX ECO: PERFORMANCE IN THREE STAGES

The Eco line has been developed for professional use in mobile workshops and service vehicles. It is available in three performance classes:

  • Eco I delivers up to 1,600 watts – suitable for soldering irons, heat guns, measuring devices, or drones.
  • Eco II provides up to 2,000 watts and powers circular saws, hammer drills, mobile cooling systems, and other equipment.
  • Eco III delivers 3,000 watts of power, which is sufficient for energy-intensive applications such as high-pressure cleaners, chainsaws, or welding equipment.

ZELIOX NEO 4000: THE POWER PLANT

NEO 4000 combines a battery, inverter, charger, and MPPT solar controller in one compact housing. With a continuous output of
4,000 watts – and peak loads of up to 8,000 watts – the system reliably powers even energy-intensive applications such as e-bikes, televisions, and heavy-duty tools.

An integrated heating film protects the battery cells from the cold and enables reliable charging even at temperatures below zero. For users – whether motorhome enthusiasts or construction site workers – this means independence for the whole year.

ZELIOX CONTROL MODULE: SMART POWER DISTRIBUTION

The control module adds a smart control level to the energy management systems. It connects directly to the vehicle battery and allows up to
six programmable channels to be managed. Tools, work lights, or battery charging stations can thus be controlled individually. It can be controlled either via RF buttons or the Zeliox app.
