Health Management at Eberspaecher

We endeavor to look after the health of our employees. For example, we offer annual health days as well as fitness and health-related courses in our company`s own sports facilities.

Our workstations are ergonomically designed and our works doctor checks the vision of our employees free of charge. In our canteens we ensure that the food is both tasty and nutritionally well-balanced, as proven by our Esslingen location: here our head chef puts fresh and healthy food on the table every day.

If the worst comes to the worst, our counseling service is there to help
In difficult personal situations, too, we at Eberspächer continue to help our employees: in our Esslingen prevention model, we have established a counseling service, which offers advice and support on personal and family difficulties or in the case of severe illness, and also helps when family members fall ill or are in need of care. For example, we inform our employees about social services and other information centers. And we also see about obtaining a place in a nursing home or securing home care.

Healthy innovation – our Neunkirchen health circle
Employees and directors from across the factory along with our works doctor meet regularly in a committee which is exclusively concerned with the health of all employees: our health circle. Here the members deal with all relevant questions regarding health, safety, ergonomics and social issues, in an interdisciplinary fashion and work together to improve these highly important "soft factors".
