The FlexTraining was particularly conceived for developing engineers. The high learning success is guaranteed by competent training instructors that are well experienced in this field. An essential component of the training is the realistic practical part. From now on we offer a 3rd training day which only deals with practical applications. Advantage: Engineers with FlexRay knowledge can take this course individually.

Day 1

FlexTraining deals with the most important aspects of FlexRay which are necessary for the daily work with this bus system.

• FlexRay in comparison to other bus systems
• FlexRay-Protocol: static part, dynamic part, time synchronization
• Application of the FlexRay-Protocol:
  Cycle-Multiplexing, …
• Buildup of a FlexRay node
• Buildup of a network
• Introduction of FlexRay in AUTOSAR
• Fibex, buildup and features
• Explaining of the buildup of a real FlexRay application in vehicles
• FlexRay tools for all steps of development and testing

Day 2

You can only use FlexRay reasonably through many practical exercises. This is why this part will get most of our attention.

• Buildup of a FlexRay cluster
• Network configuration with FlexConfig
• Modification of network parameters
• Introduction into CANoe.
• FlexRay Monitoring of a cluster with CANoe
• Measurement of FlexRay bus signals

Day 3

The 3rd training day mainly deals with practical applications. This day can be booked individually on condition of existing FlexRay skills.

• Signal manipulation
• Remaining bus simulation
• Analysis of different FlexRay error patterns
• Learning of different FlexRay analysing methods and their applications
• Advantages and disadvantages of analysing methods

As a confirmation of a successful participation in the training course, the participants will receive a training certificate. In addition to free beverages and lunch during the training days we would also like to invite you to a common dinner at the end of the first training day where the training experiences and other issues can be discussed in a relaxed ambience.
