FlexCard PXI Cyclone II

FlexCard PXI is a communication tool for the FlexRay bus in a PXI format. Up to now, a powerful FlexRay bus connection for PC-based test systems with real-time simulation has been unknown. The new FlexRay tool FlexCard PXI from Eberspaecher Electronics, which bases on the established FlexCard, closes this gap. Through the use of NI-VISA drivers a real-time operation in connection with the operating system LabVIEW RT can be guaranteed. The product is completed by an extensive LabVIEW library.

Hardware

FlexCard PXI has 4 physical plug-ins for busses at the front side, which can be used for the FlexRay bus (this correspondes to 2 FlexRay nodes). Thus, a complete cluster can be indicated on an interface card, which creates communication independently and thereby allows the integration and the test of ECUs that are not start-up compatible.
